What we do
We look after the shared parts of residential buildings: the service charge, insurance, cleaning, repairs, compliance and communication with directors and residents. Our clients are residents' management companies, Right to Manage companies, freeholders and developers.
How we work
We think directors and residents should be able to see what their managing agent is doing. That's why every building we manage has its own Harrison Services Portal, where directors can follow finances, approvals and compliance, and residents can report repairs, pay and get updates.
We aim to be straightforward: a written proposal with a clear annual fee, a property manager who knows your building, and honest answers when you ask a question.
The buildings we manage
Many of the buildings we look after are smaller developments, converted houses and purpose-built blocks, and we take on larger buildings too. Most are in London, with others across the surrounding counties. See areas we cover.
