Complaints procedure

We want to get things right. If something has gone wrong, please tell us so we can put it right.

How to complain

You can complain by email, by phone or in writing:

  • Email: enquiries@harrisonservices.co.uk, with "Complaint" in the subject line
  • Phone: 020 8150 7200
  • Post: Harrison Services, 209A Plumstead High Street, London SE18 1HE

If you're a resident of a building we manage, you can also raise it through the Harrison Services Portal.

Please tell us your name and contact details, the building concerned, what went wrong and what you'd like us to do to put it right. Include any relevant documents or emails.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge your complaint and let you know who is dealing with it.
  2. We look into it. The person handling your complaint will review the facts, speak to the people involved and may contact you for more information.
  3. We respond in writing, setting out what we found and what we will do.
  4. If you're not satisfied, you can ask for your complaint to be reviewed by a senior member of the team, who will send you a final written response.

If you're still not satisfied after our final response, we'll tell you about the further options available to you for independent review.

Complaints about a building's management decisions

Some decisions are made by the building's RMC, RTM company or freeholder rather than by us, such as the level of the service charge budget or whether to carry out particular works. If your complaint is about one of those decisions, we'll tell you and pass it on to the right people where appropriate.
