Managing a building in Berkshire
Berkshire has a lot of purpose-built flats: town-centre blocks in Reading, Slough and Bracknell, riverside developments along the Thames, and newer schemes near the rail links into London. Many of these buildings have lifts, door entry systems, car parks and other shared facilities that need regular servicing.
Shared facilities
Lifts, gates, door entry, lighting and communal heating all need servicing contracts, inspections and a plan for eventual replacement. We arrange the contracts, keep the certificates and plan larger items into the budget and reserve fund.
