This notice covers our website. The Harrison Services Portal has its own privacy information, which portal users see when they sign in.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect what you give us: your name, email address, telephone number, the property postcode, details about the building and your role, and anything else you choose to tell us.
When you call or email us, we keep a record of the conversation and your contact details.
When you browse the website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure. If you agree to analytics cookies, we also collect information about how you use the site. See our cookie policy.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use it for marketing unless you've asked us to.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the website and handle enquiries. They process information on our behalf and under our instructions:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website and protects it from spam and abuse;
- our email delivery provider, which sends enquiry form submissions to our inbox; and
- Google, for website analytics and advertising measurement, only if you accept analytics cookies.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by UK data protection law.
We may also share information where the law requires it, or with professional advisers.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and then for a reasonable period in case of questions. If you become a client, your information is kept in line with our client records policy.
Your rights
You have rights over your personal information, including the right to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent where we rely on consent. To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above.
